The 6th Lake Eildon Challenge will be on Saturday April 13th 2019. It’s a great summer goal, go solo if you’re strong or find some team mates if you want to share the fun around, either way it’s a great day out getting around the lake by bike, kayak and foot.

It’s a long multi-sport challenge but very achievable with regular training. The key is to have good bike fitness for the hilly 98km ride (it’s an amazing course). The paddle and run are relatively flat and not as long time wise, but you still need to do some 2hr sessions for those sports.

The event starts with a 98km cycle from Mansfield to Eildon, then a 25km paddle from Eildon to Bonnie Doon, and finishes with a 21.1km run from Bonnie Doon back to Mansfield.

If you want to join us just email liam@vigor.net.au to register your interest, please note this is not an event, just a fun day out.
