Expert Skills Clinics Free for the public in Albany by top Athletes

We are very excited to announce that in conjunction with The Department of Sport and Rec and the City of Albany, members of the public will be able to participate in free skills clinics this January, learning skills from some of Australia’s best sportspeople.

Our experts include Adventure racer Jarad Kohlar, 3 x Uncle Toby’s ironman Guy Andrews and MTBA mountain bike coach and Elite female mountain bike rider Jodie Willet.

Learn technical points on how to trail run along with techniques on how to make it better, safer and faster with Australia’s best adventure racer, Jarad Kohlar.

In the same way that a road cyclist and mountain biker are different, a road runner and trail runner have different skills, and once a road runner learns these skills they can run anywhere…this is such a perfect skill for the great southern region, given the amazing access to hiking trails and great walks in the area. Trail running allows people to take on these walks with greater speed, whilst enjoying the national parks and natural assets much quicker, even taking in numerous trails in one day.

If you have any friends or family in Albany, make sure you send them along to these great sessions. For more information head HERE.
